Portable Climbing Wall

Booking Information:

Set up/tear down*, staff, and all equipment is provided with your booking.  In order to secure your spot, total payment is due at time of booking.  We cannot guarantee availability if booked less than 10 days prior to your event**.  Please see calendar below for existing bookings.

Pricing Information:

$650.00 – 2 Hour Minimum Booking**

$150.00 – Per Additional Hour

$2.00 – Per Mile***

$50 – Per Hour (early arrival/late departure)

* Set up/tear down takes 30 minutes or less.  If an earlier arrival or later departure is required for your event, a $50 per hour fee will be imposed. 

**Bookings/payment made less than 10 days prior event are subject to an additional $100 fee.

***(Round trip minus 30 miles (as per maps app calculation) Long Distance Event Policy: Duration of event booked must be equal to or greater than one way drive time.

Weather event Information:

We strive to provide our outside offerings even when the weather is not ideal. That said there are days where significant weather will require rescheduling the event to a different date. In this circumstance 100% of your booking payment applies to the newly scheduled event.
